2 Weeks on MFP.

I have just gone over 2 weeks on MFP and so far I have lost 12lbs. It has been an excellent tool to keep track of my food intake and exercise. I feel like I might finally get under 200lbs for the first time in a real long time. Thanks MFP.

I have use apps on the phone off and on, but this is better since I can keep up with it at work. Not allowed to have a cell phone in my office, but I can keep up with it on my work computer.0
