I want motivation to stay on track

Hi everyone! I Am here because i want to improve my body composition. I've been lifting and doing intense cardio, but I sometimes binge eat on nuts and fruits really bad, and I think I need people to help me stay on track. Please feel free to add me! I would be thankful!
