Not losing weight

Struggling to lose any weight! Using the app to eat 1200 cals per day cut down on snacking, don't eat bread don't drink alcohol or soda drinks. I work out 3/4 days per week solid cardio with weights alternated and no results

    How are you measuring your 1200 calories? Are you using a food scale? Can you open your diary?
