Hello all
This is more of a question than advice, so hope someone can advise please: I don't like weights or gyms but I do Pilates twice a week. But it seems from all my reading that yoga is much more beneficial in that sense and Pilates minimal.
Does anyone know? Can anybody give advice please?
Many thanks
EJ

I prefer Pilates and find it more challenging and helps me remember to breathe. I like to do unique things...not what everybody and their mother is doing.
There are many Pilates workouts on YouTube.

Weight loss will come from calorie control. Pilates might burn some calories and help achieve that weight loss, but overall, calories need that control. Generally exercise is for fitness and improvements in body composition, flexibility, etc..1
