You know it's all about calories, right? If you can eat at McDonald's and stay within your calorie budget, then sure. If you find that you can't resist ordering and eating too much, then it's probably best to stay away from it.

Do you have room in your calories/macros for it? Then yes.

Sure. Now that there's all day breakfast here in Canada, my go-to is an egg mcmuffin + side salad (eating minimal dressing). That's not even a hard meal to fit into my calories, and I like it.

Sure, as long as whatever you order fits into your calorie goals.

Only on street corners not in airports, and only mini vacations.

If your question involves the words "Super Size" the answer is no.

I eat McDonald's fairly often. I ate it while losing and I eat it in maintenance. Just make sure it fits your calorie goal for the day.

Yep. I actually find it really easy to eat at McD's since they post all of their calories online and in some cases in store.

Does getting permission from us make it taste any better?

Actually, I appreciate that I can get a grilled chicken breast, lettuce and tomato there , I tell them to leave the sauce and the bun off ...add a small fries, a little bbq sauce and it is a very easy and decent meal

Man loses 56 pounds after eating only McDonald's for six months

John Cisna, a high school science teacher in Colo, Iowa, who gained national attention for his experiment, says he has lost 56 pounds, lowered his cholesterol and lost a total of 21 inches off his chest, waist and hips while dining only at the fast food emporium.

    ...

As Cisna first told TODAY in January, he followed a 2,000 calorie diet, using the daily recommended allowances for carbohydrates, proteins, sugar and fat; and he walked 45 minutes a day.

When the experiment began on Sept. 15, the 6-foot-tall teacher weighed 280 pounds, amounting to a body mass index (BMI) of 38, which is considered obese. Now at 224 pounds, his BMI is down to 30 -- still obese but very close to the overweight category.

    Draw your own conclusions.

    Yes it is
    They have good salads
If you are eating in the morning, their egg white delights are only like 250 calories
take off the cheese and you are at 200 calories...good protein, good carbs, minimal fat
