I paid for Gold membership but am not getting the membership extras

I paid for a Gold membership and IM still seeing ads nor am I jumping to the head of line with questions and comments. Please let me know what Inness to do to have my Gold membership activates. Thank you.

    There is no MFP "Gold" level membership that I know of. The paid version of MFP is called Premium.

    Your account shows that your level is "Member."

    Perhaps there is a phishing/scam scheme afoot? @Alex @Betty

    With my premier membership I aim still seeing ads, plus every time I put in water and sometimes when I input foods they simply disappear. Last, my understanding is that premier members' questions go to the front and that doesn't seem to be happening.
