The B.E.C.H Rule

Okay, some of you may know the HALT rule. When you find yourself running to the fridge/pantry, you stop to think, "Am I Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired."
Now I like this concept, but it doesn't cover all the reasons I eat.
So I came up with BECH.
It starts out with false food triggers and moves to actual reasons to eat.
With HALT, you might answer 'yes' to hungry without even considering the other options first.
BECH stands for: Bored, Emotional, Craving or Hungry.
Maybe write it on your hand, try it out, and tell me what you think.
