Let me reintroduce myself

Hello Fellow Fitness Pals. I'm rejoining after having a meltdown about my weight and decided that I'm the only one who can change what I see. So today is day 2 of fitness pal and first day of map my walk after 2 years of going off the grid. Anyone who can offer advice, tips, encouragement is welcomed and any meals you prepare that help you get through cravings is a big plus.

    Staples: Eggs, tuna, other canned fish. And lots of green veg - not yellow, white​, etc - greens help fill u up with lil calories.
