Down 35lbs! Need some encouragement!

Hey there! First time trying the community part of the app. I have been religiously working on improving my life for the past few months. Stopped drinking, started eating right and exercising. I'm currently down 35 pounds and gaining strength. Today I squatted 415x8 and leg pressed 900x10 (3sets).

These steps towards a better me make me feel great but I have no outside encouragement and starting to lack inner drive too. Feels like a lonesome journey and in a way that's what I wanted, but maybe looking for some "atta boys!" Or "this is what I did to keep encouraged". Any words are very appreciated!

    I know from experience the toughest strides you have to walk alone to make. It's difficult and for me, when I'm in a dark place mentally, I want to eat of course. But I think even in being alone, we are together in the feelings we feel and the struggles we face.
