Chicken fajita with bell peppers and onions, Tex Mex cheese. How many calories do you think? I did around 200 for the wrap. 140 for chicken. Another 110 for cheese and 30 for veggies. Another 40 for oil. Sound close?

Can't this be searched in the database? Or that livestrong calorie calculator?0

If you made it yourself, you can add all of the ingredients separately or add them to the recipe builder. If you bought it somewhere else, I would search the brand or the restaurant where you bought it and see if they have nutrition information available online. There are a lot of variables here. How big it was (a ten inch wrap and a fourteen inch wrap will be quite different), ratio of cheese to chicken, etc.0

Sorry. I'm at a restaurant. Mom and pop shop do no nutritional information.0

To be honest, if you're buying it from a restaurant, they are probably adding more cheese than you think. But, I think your estimate is close depending on how much dressing they used on your salad.0 -
Mine last night was 378 calories, but was home made.
Wrap 180, Chicken 113 (75g) veggies 25, cheese 40 (light cheese) and salsa 20. No sour cream.
Restaurant will have more cheese, and not low fat, and I didn't use oil. I think you are close.0 -

I had 1200 calories to work with. I think I'm ok then based on making one at home. I just used a higher calorie wrap (usually 180 to 200 for the larger ones) I estimated higher on the cheese and logged 40cals for oil. Thanks. I'm sure I'm not over 1200 with it lol0 -
Yikes! Most Tumaro's wraps are around 60 cals. But the regular ones come it between 100-200 cals so 200 seems right to be safe.0
