Anyone with a sedentary job ever try an under the desk cycle?
I have an office job and I am sedentary 8 hours per day, I am looking for ways to keep myself moving while still being able to do my work. I will still do my normal exercise every day, just wondering if anyone has had luck with one to keep their activity level up during the day while at work. I also walk on my 30 minute lunch breaks.
TIA :)

I had a Stamina inMotion small elliptical, but never used it under the desk, but some people do. Nevertheless, I was very happy with it for getting some cardio in a small apartment.

I had one ages ago...it was somewhat difficult to pedal and work at the same time. I ditched it and just focus on small things that I can do like parking further away, taking the stairs, etc and I put a premium on deliberate exercise. I'm also on my feet for 3-4 hours once I get home...

I have a standing desk now. It goes from seated to standing very quickly and easily. Best thing I ever did for working at the desk. Saved my back.

Thank y'all! I am also standing all afternoon once i get home, I have a 2 yo and a 9 mo lol. But I was hoping this would at least help me stay more active through out the work day since I can't get up from my desk much besides using the rr etc. I do park further away but the area we have to park isn't very big to begin with and we're outside the city limits so it is just fields, cows, and highway all around. I went ahead and ordered me one it should be here tomorrow :)
