Maybe you need to stop thinking 'diet' and start thinking sustainable lifestyle changes.8

I am the same, and instead of thinking diet I have started making changes, even the smallest of changes can turn into the biggest. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit, So even on the days I don't want to do something, I make myself, easier said than done some days..lol Good luck2

I always say eat more or less what you want in moderation. If a first you don't succeed try try again. I have went from size 22 to a 16 in a year so I am making progress. Being sick since January 6th and being on Prednisone has not helped but I am now losing again. Blessing to all that care about our health4

I know just where you have been. My weight has been way up and down over the years. It is so completely frustrating. My highest was 244. At one time I went from that to 155. Then I got pregnant my last time and went back up to 210. I'm at 170 now so it's heading in the right direction. I'll send you a friend request. We can encourage one another.1

We all have ups and down just try again tomorrow is another day for each of us. Keep up the good work. If at first we don't succeed try try again. 1/2 pound is still a loss0

It's the kind of thing that if you've consistently done before - it's so much easier to get back into it and show dedication. Half the battle is done0 -
