Does anyone know what kind of scale works best or even how to tell if a scale is reading properly? I have two scales in my home and both read different numbers every time. And each time it jumps up or down about 10-15 pounds. It's crucial that I get my exact weight for motivational reasons.

I bought a Taylor scale from Walmart that gave me the exact weight as my Dr. that same day. It's an exact scale.0
