Good evening everyone,

I am Ashleigh. 33 yo, weighing 196.5lbs. In Dec 2012, I got to my goal weight with weight watchers and weighed a tiny 138.5lbs. Would love to be back down there again. Have really struggled with the new SmartPoints system that weight watchers introduced so giving MFP a go for the first time. Would love to hear peoples success stories.

Have an apple watch and not 100% what way to work the exercise calories. Haven't done any exercise today......just my normal routine and have earned 410 active calories. MFP is telling me I have earned 40 calories. Do I add the 410 or stick with the 40? Very confused by this all.

    ME TOO!!! I was lifetime years ago. Ive gained it and more back. : ( Im really struggling at getting into this Smartpoints system. I have tried and tried and wasted more and more money and just cant get into it. Im having a hard time deciding what to do. Keep trying WW and hope it can sink in or drop it completely and start MFP and Just Do It!! I need success!!
