Hey everyone! I have been struggling with binge eating habits and have struggled to eat healthy and stay on track countless times... so I wanted to make this challenge so ya'll can join me so we can keep each other accountable
Also, add me as a friend!!!
I am 5'1 and currently 130 lb and hoping to go down to around 110 for an amazing summer
[April 1st] Starting Weight: 130 lb
W1 (8th):
W2 (15):
W3 (22):
W4 (29):
[May 1st] Goal: 120 lb
[June 1st] Goal: 110 lb
[July 1st] END Ultimate Goal: 105-110 lb

Comments: Very happy with my progress this week! I started a new job and didn't know how I would manage weight loss with sitting in an office all day plus a 3 hour commute every day. There are two beautiful parks nearby and a walking track along the water front. I go before work, after work and for a quick walk during my lunch breaks! I bring my lunch every single day, too. It's been well so far. I plan to keep it up
