I am a 41 year old black woman. I am married to a great black man that is also acting as my trainer, God help him. He is a “health nut”, which I say is the most loving way. He lifts weights and does Cross Fit. We have an amazing 10 year daughter that works out with us when she’s not playing the flute, taking photos, drawing or singing. My husband has also been supportive and loving. He always tells me that he is attracted to me forever. I admit that ever since we started working out together last spring that it’s been a “hard’ give and take. I have proclaimed to “find myself” and work on me. I’m continuously working on that still. I’m having a hard time counting these calories along with being a wife, mother, working and a freelance graphic artist. I’m asking for help before I drive my husband and daughter crazy (LOL) get back to “me” and a better body and health.
Sincerely,
Sheniqua
