Looking for some advice about strength training

Hi, so i am not new to myfitness pal but i am new to the forums. but anyway, i am 5 foot 3 inches and currently weigh about 179 lbs. I know what i'm doing for cardio( i Have an older Stationary exercise bike). I am just looking advice/ ideas about what i should do for strength training at home.

    I'm using fitness tubes. They're affordable, come in different resistance levels, and if you're travelling by plane or train and need to keep your luggage under a certain weight, they're extremely light and easily packable.

    Kettlebells - easy to use, time efficient.

    I go heavy with them, just about ready to move to 20kg. They give you useable strength that helps in your everyday life.

    They are also a great calorie burn because their is an element of cardio in the moves.

    There is yoga and Pilates. A lot are doing videos using low weight and high weights. Resistance bands. A lotnuse YouTube or whatever video they like.
