in Introduce Yourself
When people post comments I see at the bottom it says sw starting weight I'm guessing and cw current weight
and gw goal weight. I also see some that have a couple of goals. How do u do that?

    Right up there above your post...click on 'signature'. You can put anything you want there and save it, then it appears on your post every time.

    Up toward the top of the page, where it says
    Home Recent Posts My Topics Signature Search

    Click on Signature. You can put stick pretty much anything you want in there.
