Lacking Motivation

Currently struggling to stay motivated and track my food. Today I ate a carb/sugar fest! I'm ashamed. Now, I'm just lacking motivation to get on track. Yes, I'm new to the app ( as in I just joined two days ago.) Help!!!

    I feel you. Going through the same. Haven't met my goals this week. My advice though is ti Sleep it off and start tomorrow fresh. Try not to judge and Shame yourself and let tomorrow be a new day. I'll be doing the same

    Oh I know what you're going through, I have such a sweet tooth. I started looking up healthier alternatives for the sweeter foods I like. Homemade peanut butter and dark chocolate chip cookies are pretty great...or oatmeal cranberry cookies!
