I've been doing the Fitworx program for about 6 weeks. Love it and keeping me accountable.

I just had to google that. Looks sorta like NutriSystem (or whatever that program is called). I'm glad you've found something that works for you. And welcome to MFP.

Thanks! It is a great strength training and cardio gym program, trainers keep you on track. Also nutrition based..no pressure to buy their foods. High protein low carb moderate fat. Thumbs up!
