Hello
I have been counting macros for the past two months.. and it is the most enjoyable thing i have been doing in my life.. i used to avoid many type of foods and eat clean plain food all the times, feel guilty whenever i had something unhealtish or fattening... but nowwwww i eat mostly healthy but dont anymore avoid dense calorie (fatty) food like cheese for example or high carb like bread...

before mfp, I ate "healthy" but was still overweight, now, I eat all kinds of things & lost 39 lbs0
