Carbs

I read yesterday that by not eating enough carbs this can harper your weight lose. since i am more often than not way under on so wondering if i should be trying to eat more.The down side is if i eat more carbs i might pig out on them ???? lol help

    It has been in my experience that Carbs are the worst thing you can eat when wanting to lose weight. I try to eat as little as possible.

    High Proteing

    Low Carbs

    This has worked for me to lose weight combined with working out.

    And eat 6 meals a day....in order to lose weight your body cannot ever think it is starving for food otherwise it will start to store what you eat as fat.

    Unless you're specifically on a low-carb diet, around 40% carbs is reasonable. I seem to feel and perform better when I get my fill of carbs and feel sluggish and fatigued if I'm low.
