2lb gain?!

Hey guys,
So I had my measurements and weight done at the gym on Sunday last week and was 10st 9lbs. Since Thursday I've upped my calories from 1200 to between 1500-1600 and also increased my carbs from very low to moderate on the advice of my trainer as I am doing intense weight training multiple times a week.

I stepped on the scale this morning and was 10st 11lbs?! I had a look at my sodium intake from yesterday (I track meticulously) and it was much much higher than usual because I had a tinned soup (I was travelling). I also did my heaviest ever deadlifts yesterday.

So is this gain just a fluctuation because of diet adjustment, sodium and weight training? I really hope so :(
