Hi, I just started using apps to help lose weight and be healthier. Stress has taken its toll and weight gain has been just one of the results. Feel I have no control and looking to be more accountable and get encouragement when I have a win to stay on track. Just started using MyFitnessPal as my main app and hope it will become an asset. Thanks everyone.

Sometimes we don't give ourselves credit for even the small steps we take to be healthier. Work on tracking and being accountable at first. We all have good days and bad days, but you can do it if you work on making small changes and working on consistency. Hang in there!1
