Not new but thought I'd start getting involved!

Hey all,

I'm a former cyclist and swimmer who found himself 50 pounds heavier after a four year relationship! It ended badly, so what better way to get rid of old baggage by literally getting rid of the physical baggage? :)

In all seriousness, it's been a while since that and my goals are more to be fit to serve in the military. I consider myself active and workout 4-6 times a week. I'm also a security guard and walk miles on patrol.
