Recently i've not been sleeping well at all and am tired all the time. Maybe its the heat. Anyways, im 1 day away from completing the 30DS but i am not feeling up to it today. Should I just leave it and start something new on Monday or,,,,,

    I haven't been sleeping lately either and I know it's hard to stay motivated when you are so tired all the time but I agree with babylemonade, for the sake of one day, just do it. That will be a massive achievement. Good luck and well done so far. x

    Well just a Qick peek at your diary YOu need to Eat more! Make sure when you eat your eating lean meats veggies fruits and little to no processed foods. Water Water water and no flavored beverages Pops ect

    If you have 1 day left I would just finish it. maybe if you exercise you'll sleep better at night. I found that if i don't exercise I don't sleep as well. I hope you can get some sleep soon.:smile:

    yep, I agree with ProT.... you barely eat anything, which will cause problems, especially when it comes to recovery.

    Are you coming down with something? One day isn't going to make the slightest difference to your 30DS. If you are getting ill, exercise is a bad idea.

    You are massively undereating!

    Wow, as the others have said, you are really not eating enough, and a lot of what you do eat is sugary starchy crap. No wonder you can't sleep and you don't have any energy - you're literally starving your body. You profile says you want to be healthier, but you are doing just the opposite. You need to eat more (at least 1200 cals per day), and you need to eat a balance of lean meats, fruits, and vegetables, and whole grains with much smaller amounts of processed starches and sugars. Those foods should be the occasional treat, not the foundation of your diet.
