Still at 146 lbs! Guess I'm in plateau mode again. Better than gaining mode! Also still in the midst of TOM so maintaining is awesome! Fell off track abit with the exercise this week. Went to a concert Wednesday night so I slept in that a.m. and the next and wasn't able to workout that night, excpet for the dancing for an hour+ but I know it didn't burn that much. Also at a half a tub of frosting! Made me feel much better for some reason. Guess the body was in desperate need of garbage sugar!
This week I am getting back on track with the 30 Day Shred so I can finish it up, going to 2 Zumba classes (maybe 3) this upcoming week, using hte elliptical every morning starting tomorrow for 45 minutes. I need to do this. Hoping I can get down to 145 again by the end of the week.0 -

no loss or gain this week. I am ok with that as I hurt my knee and havent been able to do to much other than some light jogging and walking. I cant wait to get back to it. Ill try it again on Monday.0 -
Small loss for me this week, only 1.4lb. Still a loss in a loss so I have to look on the bright side...and I'm less that 10lb. away from my goal so that's really inspiring!! Plus if I keep it up I can see my mini goal weight a whole week early!! I'd really love to get down to 167.8 for the end of challenge (which is also my birthday!!) I went with 169.2 cause it's my official out of obesity weight!

These last few weeks have been pretty challenging for me. Eating too much junk and not logging properly and just off track in general. I have mini-goals for myself that I'd like to meet but I seem to be letting everything go. And next week is my vacation so eating will be crappy then, too.
