My fitness journey to losing 30 pounds

Hey guys my name is Elsie I'm from Oregon. I am on a fitness journey to lose 30 pounds. I stand 5'7 weighing 175. I often get told that "I carry my weight well, and don't look unhealthy" when In reality I'm just good at hiding it. My relationship with food has always been unhealthy throughout my life. I "starved"myself when I was 13 and binge ate for 4 years while In high school. My relationship with food today is somewhat better thanks to finding MyFitnessPal. I am a big foodie and I love all things sweet and savory. I love reading and seeing others fitness journeys on losing weight or simply just changing their life style. I have somewhat been active throughout my life. I was adopted at 8 and placed in dancing for about a year, then I stopped and then I went back into dancing again when I was 13 and danced for 2 more years. Stopped once more and danced for a year for my high school dance team. After graduating I'd sign up for gym membership, workout for a while and then stop and cancel. It was a repetitive thing for years after that. I am very determined that I can lose my 30lb no matter how long it takes. Iam thankful to have my boyfriend be my biggest supporter and remind me how good I'm doing or stops me when I'm "slipping" and want to cheat when I want something "unhealthy". My goal is to get to 145lb or less. I can't wait to see my results with the help of MyfitnessPal keeping me on track.

Hey!! It sounds like we have about the same story!! Right now I'm 5'6" and 194 pounds. I want to lose 44 more pounds.
I bet if you work hard you could have that 30 pounds gone in 3-4 months with hard work!!
