How do you know its water weight?

My scale is not moving. At all.

I eat clean, I track food, stay around 1200 (+/- 100), I workout a little bit.

But week-in, week-out, there is absolutely no change. People over within a 5 pound range, for me its a 1 pound difference. The scale just would'nt budge.

I am a day away from giving up. I have a 65+ day streak here where I have logged every single thing. Its just not going anywhere.

I hope its all water weight I have been accumulating. how to know if it really is water weight and will soon disappear.

Water weight usually disappears about 3 days after a big effort (cycling a long distance, running a long distance, etc.) or about 3 days after your period starts.

Now I'm going to ask the question everyone here asks ... do you have a food scale?

If you haven't lost weight in 65 days you are not eating at a deficit.

Can you open your diary so we can help you find out where the issue is? Quitting won't get you any where, it will be some thing simple.

The problem is most likely to be apparent in your food diary - if you want help suggest you make it public.

You also haven't mentioned your stats so there's no context to your calorie goal.
