Nutrition: Macros shooting for 30% carbs, 35% fat and protein 35%. Daily calorie intake goal 1750 more like 1800-1900.
Training: Daily 30 minutes treadmill walking 6% incline 2.5-3.0 mph or 3 mile walk. Also doing strength training everyday if possible. Leg day, Push Pull day and Arms and Shoulder day followed by 15-20 second side planks and leg raises. 6 different lifts 6x10-15 reps very light weight. Started my 3rd week.2
