Kipper recipe?

Hi!
Can anyone share the ways in which they eat their kippers? I'm getting bored with the kippers-on-crackers, and would like some ideas.

    Try putting on top of toast with a light spread of mayo and some onion slices.

    have you tried adding to scrambled eggs

    Small fish - usually herring. Often smoked. YUMMMMMMMY!
