You could save some calories for the weekend.1

I weigh in on Mondays, that helps me watch myself on weekends!1

I also weigh in on Mondays. It definitely helps keep me accountable and focused on my goals. When I think of slacking off I just remember how hard I've worked and how much I don't want to be disappointed by the number on the scale on Monday.1

If you look at what you are doing over the course of a week do you still have a deficit for the week? If so, you are still on track. I and many others tend to eat a little more leisurely on weekends and buckle down during the week, i weigh daily but usually use Fridays as the gauge of where i am at. However if the weekend indulgence bothers you then the recommendations of weighing on Mondays can help or sometimes it's just a matter of adding in a little extra workout on the weekend or setting your mind to cutting back then too.1
