Back on track

Yesterday was a horrible day to be eating right.went on a road trip unprepared and got fast food.i felt miserable and bad,but got up this morning refocused. Want to try and implement some workouts that don't affect my pain levels as I'm disabled at 42 with all kinds of back,neck and leg problems.that gets me 8n a slump too! Just feel I can't eat right without exercise too.

    Im in the same boat atm Ive been eating so much crap and I also have chronic neck and shoulder pain.... Ive got another mri scheduled for next month but in the mean time im going to start eating healthy again and try some yoga and resistance band excersies when im not in too much pain
