Hi I have just joined the app as I'm really struggling with knowing what I should be eating I get bored of the same old food so quickly

    What kind of foods do you like? That's where I started...I took the foods I liked and figured out how to make them healthier

    Are you just working on eating right now or also exercising? (I am focusing on just the former for the next few weeks.)

    Once I started counting calories I could see how badly I was overeating, I was shocked. Its really about managing your intake. Choosing foods that have nutritional qualities and are not calorie dense makes it easier to do. Exercise help me get my mind in a better place and burn a few in the process.

    I work out about 3 times a week and I own a horse so I'm quite active. I just struggle with what to eat and I get bored of food so quickly and I have a huge appetite.

    Eat whatever foods you want......in moderation. The key is portion control.

    Nutritious choices are going to be more filling, but that doesn't mean you can't have a treat here & there. Learn about portions for everything.....not just portions for "diet food."

    Hi, I go horse riding too and I'm aiming to be a professional flat jockey so I need to keep the weight down. I have produced myself a cookbook for jockeys. If you would I can send it to you. There is a lot in there with lots of different choices, I'll also being a second version at some point as well.
