I have a workout playlist but for some reason anything by Slipknot pumps me up. I like listening to angry music to get me going haha.

I have strange tastes, but... Celtic rock is so happy & upbeat, I love to exercise to it. Check out Gaelic Storm, Enter the Haggis, Flogging Molly, the Elders, Eileen Ivers.

Agreed. Gaelic Storm is what actually gets me out of the house without throwing a fit. lol
While I'm walking or attempting to run I've been listening to a lot of 80s pop lately.

I used to be a big time Rock/Metal guy, but most of the time now I listen to Rap/HipHop to exercise.

Not crappy pop rap. Dont get the wrong idea, im fairly picky.

I'm enjoying "Bad Things" by Jace Everette at the moment.

    Also on playlist

"Awesome Rainbows" - Koo Koo Kanga Roo
    "Spirit School" - Anya Marina
"Feast Of The Heart" - Jesca Hoop
"Sad Rude Future Dude" - Ball Park Music

All rather random but they get me going.

I have found that most songs by Three Days Grace work well and keep me going. I'm a bit odd though, as I also listen to slower songs while I do my cardio, such as Leave out All the Rest by Linkin Park. Here are a few of my 'always push for more' songs.

Cleaning out my closet - Eminem
If I Ever Leave This World Alive - Flogging Molly
Any mash-up between Linkin Park and Jay-Z
Lips Like Morphine - Kill Hannah
Hands Down Gandhi; I know what you buried last summer; Stupid Kill - All mash-up songs by legion of doom
Re-Arranged; Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit
Famous Last Words - My Chemical Romance
She Hates Me - Puddle of Mudd
Pain; It's All Over; Never Too Late; I hate everything about you - all by Three Days Grace
Take it Away - The Used
Light Up the Sky - Yellowcard

Now, for some people these probably arent all great cardio songs, but they get me through when I feel like I'm about to give in.

The song that absolutely gets me through a rough spot or that last final push is Flo Rida's- Club Can't Handle Me. I don't know what it is about that song, but it just gets me pushing through the run.. My other favs right now are

    Save the world- SHM
Fireworks- a cardio mix techno version from steady130.com
Don't stop believing another techno workout version downloaded from steady130.com.
