April 11th last year I was in surgery. Fusion and decompression on my back. I went under at 8:00 am and came to in recovery about 3:30 pm. I made it thru a long surgery and at age 67, it was rough. I am doing well, but have set backs. I had a blood clot in my leg 3 weeks ago and taking more meds.
I have lost a total of 24 lbs since last summer but I have about 75 lbs to go.
