I am in LOVE with mushrooms! So I sauté a large portabello mushroom top and use that as my "meat" on a burger! It is the best thing ever!

I get the oddest, intense cravings every so often. Right now it's hard boiled eggs and salty crackers.

Sugary kids cereals....Captain Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Corn Pops, Apple Jacks, etc. WIth ice cold skim milk. I'd take that over cookies or ice cream any day. It's my go-to comfort food and I could easily eat 2 huge bowls.

Tomatoes, anything with white potatoes, anything with mushrooms. I'm not picky, if it has one of these ingredients I'm sold.

Onions and mushrooms. And goat cheese. Drooooooool. I suppose my super favorite thing would be super delicious foccacia bread topped with olives and some sun dried tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Yum!
