Its bad enough when my grandkids climb into bed with us during the night. I really hate it when they bring toys. I started down the hall this morning and discovered a vinyl magnet stuck to my tushie! Well no wonder it's so hard to lose any more weight! It's me iron *kitten*!
On a completely unrelated topic...It is surprising to me how using muscles in a different way can make them so sore, even when you use them all the time. I went up to Tahoe City with my neighbor to do some geocaching. At one point the road was blocked off and we had to leave the truck and take our bikes to go farther. He doesn't ride much and I didn't want to leave him in the dust or wear my clip in bike shoes all day, so I took my old Schwinn instead of my Trek. Just the difference in riding up a hill on a bike that sits totally differently, and hiking around the woods, climbing over fallen trees and rough terrain, used everything differently enough to make me really sore. I mainly lift weights, cycle and dance. Its good to shake my muscles up a bit now and then I think. And today, I'm doing what any sane cyclist would do... loading up the Trek and heading back up there because I saw some really awesome bike paths and roads that need checking out. Hope to get in 40 miles minimum today.

You are so funny! Have fun on your bike this weekend. Sometime I will have to get some tips from you. My husband and I ride only occassionally because...um...the list is a mile long why we put off something we enjoy doing so much once we make ourselves get out there and do it.0
