Been here before. Back again! Starting a low carb/high protein/ keto lifestyle change! Can't wait to feel better.

I recently recovered from sinus cancer - chemo and radiation took it's toll - and now it's time to be the healthiest version of myself. :)

Hoping to make some friends and accountability friends along the way.
