Seriously need help

Hi, there! I'm a 44 year old mother of 3, and desperately need to lose a lot of weight-over 100 lbs. I binge eat, especially late at night, and in the last 4 years have ballooned up to where I now weigh over 300 lbs. I sleep all day, when not working, and my health has really deteriorated. My mental health has really suffered too with the weight gain. I joined MFP to hopefully get me on the right track and end this foolishness. I could really use some support.

Feel free to add me! I'm 21 and don't have any kids yet but also struggle with losing weight and can't seem to lose it without gaining more. I really have no excuse other than I love junk food and hate exercise. I'd love to help motivate you and hopefully your journey can motivate me too!2

Add me!! I'm an accountability person for my BFF on here who's also trying to be healthier (but in order to have kids someday). Im also supporting anyone who wants to better themselves because that's a powerful thing. I'm all about the little changes to the lifestyle that really make an impact on overall life. Mother of 1 six year old so I understand a little bit of the struggle of sanity with kids and being healthy. I'm struggling in the opposite weight direction but I promise there's a struggle no matter which way you're going.
By the way, you CAN do whatever you set your mind to. You've already made steps toward progress.1 -
Thank you! My youngest is 7 and I really want to change for her too, because I've noticed she's mimicking my eating habits, and that really scares me. I want better for her.0
