So I was feeling really down in the dumps today because I gained this week (not the best food choices). I've been going to the gym 4 times a week and spending 30-40min on the treadmill. I've been trying to jog/run every 5 minutes or so. Today for the first time, I was able to jog/run 2 minutes without stopping which is a huge accomplishment for me. I could only go for a minute before hitting my limit before today. It was exactly what I needed to continue on this journey!!!

I started a C25K program near the end of February and now I'm training for a 10K. I'm about 260 and started at about 275.
In 2 months you'll be able to run for 3 miles without stopping. Do the program and run slowly!7 -

That is awesome! I was just like you, in fact I couldn't even jog for 30 seconds. A year later, I was jogging 8 miles straight for fun! You can do it!1
