ON 1/21 I WAS 189 POUNDS AND FROM ALOT OF STRESS AND NOT BEING ON TRACK.... I AM UP TO 195 POUNDS AS OF TODAY 1/26/09. AND BEFORE CHRISTMAS REMEMEBER I WAS DOWN TO 182 POUNDS... I CANT GO BACK UP! I GOTTA MOVE BACK DOWN.

OK Ladies let me know what you think. I was at the mall this weekend and there was this store going out of business everthing in the store was $1.99 everthing. You know they didn't have my size so I bought $150.00 worth of clothes for $35.00. WOW!!! These are all summer clothes do you all think that was a good idea for me to do that or did I waste my money? I think it we motivate me to work hard.0

I did that with a pair of jeans 2 years ago..I was almost there, then I met my boyfriend and fell off the wagon... they are my motivators...for sure :happy:0

Sounds like you found a great bargin!! I refuse to buy new clothes (bigger clothes)!! So, I struggle to get into my jeans every morning as a reminder of where I want to be. Once the jeans feel comfortable again then I'll know I'm getting close to my goal.0

Congrats! I have a pair of old ripped hot skinny jeans and a cute small new shirt hanging on the back of my bedroom door. I've gotten into two outfits already this way! When you really want to wear them it totally motivates you!0 -

Help!!! I am feeling really fat today don't know what the deal is. I hate feeling this way because I always want to give up. I weighed myself today and I gained 1lb.
