Healthy Rice Kristy Bars....

Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup reduced-fat chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
4 cups crisp rice cereal
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the honey, peanut butter and milk powder. Cook and stir over low heat until blended. Remove from the heat; stir in cereal. Press into an 8-in. square dish coated with cooking spray. Let stand until set. Cut into bars. Yield: 1 dozen.

    Saving this to my topics! I have to make Rice Krispy Treats for my son's birthday party next week and I was worried about having even 1. I might make these for myself & a couple of the other parents who will want the healthier option as well! Thanks!

    I just made it with everything except I substituted mutli grain cheerios for the rice krispies and used Jif Natural Crunchy instead of Low-Fat. It's 150 calories per serving, 1/12 of the dish.
