I just wanted to tell everybody about my success. It may not seem like alot to some people, but I am extremely happy. The first two and a half weeks the scale wasn't moving, but since then the pounds have been falling off. I'm sure some of it it water that my muscles were holding onto, but still. I am ready for recovery week, and I will keep everybody posted.
I am usually posting how disappointed I am, so this is a welcome change. I would love to see how everybody else is doing. I am such a nerd, but this is exciting to me. My husband thinks I'm a nut!
Thanks everybody, ya'll kept me going through the last few months , and I am very grateful to me MFPals!

Yes, for the most part. I try to have protein and a carb everytime I eat. Plus I started making protein shakes after my workout. Just a banana, almond milk, and vanilla protein powder.
But the oatmeal or cream of wheat with protein powder is so nasty. I actually gagged on the oatmeal recipe.0 -
Brooke! Thats so exciting! My husband thinks I'm crazy too because I'm always weighing in and measuring! I lost 4lbs and 1 inch in my waist between July 15 & 22 and was SO excited I kept talking about it, my husband doesn't get it!
Keep up the great work!!!!0 -

That is so great! The thing with Insanity is the scale may not be the best indication of the changes going on in your body. I bet you look and feel totally different than when you statred! Keep it up! I'm actually doing the first onth again because I'm not sure my body is ready for month 2 yet! Are you moving on to month2 after your recovery week? Please let me know how it is! I'm too chicken!0
