Second week & new to fitness pal

Hiya all. Second week in first week with WW lost 7lb woohoo and second week with MyFitnessPal recommend by a friend and FREE which is why I'm giving it a go. A little bit harder I'm finding as having to count everything apart from plain water and fresh air lol. But I'm sticking with it and hope I get used to the change from WW not counting fruit veg and salad. To this forever tracking uhh. Wish me luck.

    Good luck! The tracking can seem a bit cumbersome but it actually gets quite easy especially if you tend to eat a lot of the same foods. I'm just starting again, need to lose about 20 lbs. wish me luck!

    Welcome! It does get better once you get the hang of it. I weight everything, and I meal prep so its easy and quick to track. I eat a lot of the same things each week.
