How do I maintain weight loss. I wanna be able to stick to it ya know? What are your best strategies and tips? :)

    I will always have to count calories and keep track of portion size. I'm really good at self deception so once I hit maintenance I don't let my weight go over 5 lbs above my target weight before getting my calories in check again.
