I was wondering how come its hard to find strength workouts in the database, and why there is no calorie marker for them? If I work out for 2 hours in the gym, do I not loose a single calorie? Same question for raw homecooked meals, every fast food joint in the nations is here! please advise

When making home cooked meals you need to measure each ingredient. individually.. If you loved how you made it and the calorie count.. add it to "MY MEALS" and you can find the whole meal quicker in your search.
Same for exercise.. Check out the database!0 -
Could be considered circuit training. Try that, it goes by time.0

Weight training is listed under Cardio or if you have a HRM you can manually list it also0
