I don't want to loose weight! 171cm and 55kg. But I would like to loose my lower belly fat. Any suggestions?

While you can't spot reduce a certain part of the body...I would highly recommend lifting weights to tighten things up3

It's simple math. You want to lose the belly fat, but if you don't want the number on the scale to change, you're going to have to add muscle in its place (or rather, some other place on your body)2

Lift weights, eat adequate protein, eat at maintenance calories.5

I'm the same. I don't care about the number on the scales. I'm happy with my clothes size but my tummy is starting to get wobbly. Can't decide if I need to loose weight to tighten it up.. although I know I can't tighten up fat. Maybe the answer is to eat clean and train. Happy to be added as friend to share diary1

Ah, I've lost 11lbs and the belly fat has shrunk but it still looks like it doesn't belong it makes me look really cup cake like... I've been attending ab classes which I can see definition from but the fat just will not budge... help0
