yes, start with setting up a profile and get on a calorie restriction.. I have lost a lot of weight here by only moving my fingers to type.

I have been on steroids for over 5 years and gained over 100 pounds. I'm limited on exercise due to a medical condition but I'm finally off of the steroids. I definitely understand! Weight loss IS POSSIBLE! Feel free to add me and we can hold reach other accountable! We CAN do this!

Weight doesn't primarily come from meds. Weight comes from food. A careful plan of calorie counting and portion control can help to achieve your goals.

Mainly true, but I was in a coma on a liquid diet and gained so much weight (probably a lot of water retention at first, but side effect is weight gain of the meds) by the time I woke up from my coma, I couldn't fit in the clothes I came in with! Medications really can make a big difference, but there are ways to balance it :-)
