Hello, I am on my fitness pal not to lose weight but to track my macronutrients. I am currently following a ketogenic diet. I may be eating to many carbs to be in ketosis. I will be using a ketone meter to determine my level of ketosis as soon as it arrives in the mail.

I would like to link with other folks following a low carb/ketogenic lifestyle.
